Good advice sites/Mentor sites?

I'm looking for a site or forum for giving/getting advice, or a sort of mentoring site. I'm just coming out of my teens and would love to find a site to share the things I've learnt with girls (or guys) with the same problems I had when I was younger. Anyone know any sites like this, or any online "big sister"/"agony aunt" type of programs or sites?
