What is IMF, WTO, and EU?

The IMF gets their money from US, which is used to loan money to third world countries, the bankers KNOW they cannot pay back, which keeps said country in a cycle of debt. Has it helped, NO. It has decreased the quality of life for most third world countries, by funding corrupt dictators like Mugabe while the people starve to death.
