Spock Uhura TOS Vulcan Lyre?

Does anyone know where I can find the deleted scene from the Original series of Spock teaching Uhura to play the Vulcan Lyre? I know it is a deleted scene from the episode Elaan of Troyius but I can't find the clip anywhere. If it is included in a Star Trek series pack please let me know which one. There are regular series packs, special editions, etc which make it rather hard to find the right one.
