What are some good apartments in Hollywood that are close to Hollywood Bvd. and the Kodak Theater?

I looked at the fleur de lis and the havenhurst.. their more in my price range. The fontenoy was a little expensive.. Got any others near there.. a website would be nice too. Thanks
