Alistair Romance in Dragon age origins?

I was wondering if our relationship is at 100% love and now I have to make my decision to make Anora queen or make Alistair king. Now I played before being a woman noble but I was made queen with Alistair, but now I am also a woman noble but wondering if I make Anora queen and Alistair not king what will come of us then ?
