My mom is making me move out, at age 15!!!!!!!!?

Okay, my mom says i am mature enough, to move out into my own apartment, i am only 15! She says she moved out at my age and now i should. She bought or rented (not sure which one) a apartment for me and only told me today! She said she will Visit me often. So, now that i have "moved out" into a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen-living room in 1 room apartment, i have no idea about how to decorate on a 5000 budget my mom gave me. Idea's for furniture and deco and stuff. Has to be cheap. Also i have no idea how to break it to my lil sis. I am pregnant and this is WAY to much stress
