How to shave your legs?

I'm in 8th grade. I admit that I'm fat because people say that all the time. I'm tall for my age so I don't look that fat but I'm chubby. Yesterday people wore shorts that are really short. I'm not aloud to wear shorts because my parents don't want me to show my legs and they think I'm fat. So I wore capreez. When I wore them you can see my hairy legs and people asked if I shave and I said yes but I'm not really aloud too. People made fun of me and picked on me. They said ewe and all that. I asked my mom and she said no shaving. I don't have anything and I can't buy it because I'm not aloud to go to friends either. For shorts I can take an old pair if jeans and cut them and change at school but I need to shave for that so what should I do ? How to shave without shaving lotion or anything ????
