Unbearable pain in my upper torso please helpp?

i have a history of melanoma when i was in first grade and i found a mole on my foot randomly and it is smaller than a pencil eraser but pretty big for something that just showed up yesterday i think its another melanoma and im going to the doctors to get a biopsy but just a minute ago i had unbearable pain in my upper left side/torso like it was hard to talk could that link to any symptom of skin cancer?? dont poke fun im just nervous for my dr. apt. im in 7th grade now btw thanks in advanced
