Did any one get new visa(h1,4f1 any) after denied fi reinstatement.?

i am gona apply for reinstatement of my f1 visa and worried if it gets denied will i have chancs to come back to USA with any other visa...like h4, h1 ,y sevis got termiinated as my school was fraud and so they terminted all students sevis. plz answer back if have any info
