Spanish Refresher guide?

My grandparents and mom speak spanish fluently, and I did as well until about 8 years ago. I want to be able to sharpen my spanish skills so that I can carry on a good conversation with family when I visit them in Puerto Rico. Any suggestions on good guide books for intermediate to advanced spanish, especially as a refresher? I need help with vocabulary and sentence structure especially. Thanks!!
