Should I drive over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel this weekend?

My family wants me to visit them in delaware, im coming from Virginia. Im very Claustrophobic but not scared of driving through tunnels as long as I dont get stuck in a traffic jam inside one. I have a small fear of big bridges but nothing serious. I also thank all the water around me when im driving over the bridge will scare me. But with all this said I still wanna drive across. And all the people that say, "if you face your fears they will go away" thats not true, because I drive through tunnels everyday and im still Claustrophobic. Back to my question , is it safe tho since im so scared. I mean what are the chances of me having a panic attack or a seizure while driving because im scared and nervous the whole time? I wouldn't want to put others lives in danger.
