In Bioshock 2 multiplayer, how do you get ouside of the map in fort frolic?

When i was playing Team adam grab, a couple people on the other team took the sister by a window (right next to a desk, and near the casino) and they managed to get outside. I looked all over online and all i found was a video showing them already outside. Does any1 know how to do this?
