Could my rat's food be making him sneeze?

He was sneezing quite a bit last night, so i thought he might of had a URI, but now i think it might be his food. When he goes near it or gets some out of the bowl he starts sneezing a few seconds later. I had to buy a mixed feed because i still dont have his rat nuggets that i ordered over 1 week ago.
