BIG Q -for parents -help ! need your advice?

Your child's education is very important and they are messing you about. My advice as a mum would be to go to the school in person and ask to see the head. If they say she's busy, say 'that's ok, I'll wait. Where can I sit?' Be prepared to sit and wait. Don't give in. Sooner or later she will see you, if only to get rid of you. You need to see her face-to-face. There's a slim chance that your message maybe hasn't even reached her, and you can't risk that. Good luck!
